Ot Kelpiebrink (Tycho) has found his new family!
It is every responsible breeder’s nightmare: discovering that a dog you bred has ended up in a shelter due to severe neglect. In breach of our rehoming contract, Ot (officially Ot Kelpiebrink, born November 2020, son of Boukje x Quantum) was handed over by his previous owners to the Sint-Truiden Animal Shelter in Belgium, where he was known as Tycho.
It pained us immensely to see how he had been treated. Ot was forced to live in a flat without a garden, was barely ever taken for walks (“when there was time”) and received no physical or mental stimulation whatsoever. The result was a severely overweight dog who had been completely under-stimulated mentally. For a hard-working Kelpie, this is pure misery.
He has now been taken in by Tara & Bram, who got their first Kelpie from us just under 20 years ago. Tara & Bram have a farm where Ot is allowed to live alongside their other dog (a female Kangal).
Ot is now appreciated for who he is! We wish him and his new family much happiness together.
On August 30th, B&T Fien Caobrink & Creative Cicero Kimbilio welcomed a beautiful litter of 6 puppies!

🐾 Litter Planning & Waiting List
When breeding our Kelpies, health, working drive, and a stable character always come first.
Waiting List: Our waiting list for the upcoming period is open.
Gender Preference: When applying, you can indicate whether you prefer a male or a female pup. We will naturally try to accommodate your preference.
Puppy Allocation: We make the final match ourselves. During the first few weeks, we closely evaluate the character and energy of each puppy to determine which dog best suits which family. Therefore, it is not possible to choose a specific puppy or color yourself.
Procedure: Are you interested in one of our puppies? Please read through our FAQ carefully first. There you will find all details regarding deposits, waiting times, and our overall procedure.
Important: We only process applications from people who have thoroughly informed themselves about the breed and fully support our way of working.
